Stuart graduated dux of his course with a Bachelor of Dental Science with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland. He received numerous awards from the Faculty of Dentistry and was also the recipient of the University Medal.

After working with Queensland Health at Rockhampton and the Gold Coast, Stuart and his family moved to Caloundra in December 2007 where they have settled into the relaxed Sunshine Coast lifestyle. Interested in all aspects of dentistry, particularly crown and bridgework and ceramic restorations, Stuart regularly attends seminars on the latest technologies and techniques.

Whilst not at work, Stuart loves spending time with his young family, however, this sometimes clashes with his desire for the odd bit of fishing.
